Caring is our Business

Heather Hill Healthcare Center is a 120 bed, Joint Commission Accredited, not-for-profit, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New Port Richey. We are located 1 mile north of Historic downtown New Port Richey. We are the only skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in West Pasco county equipped with a secure memory care unit. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for each of our patients. With our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, we strive to re-shape abilities and teach new skills. For our patients, this gives hope, self-respect and confidence to assure independence. At Heather Hill Healthcare Center, we treat every patient with dignity and compassion while providing top quality care. Our main goal is to meet the needs of the individual while giving the best care possible.

We offer Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Rehabilitation, and Respite Care.

We are proud to announce that we have implemented the following programs to supplement our superior resident care:

  • Manual Lymphatic Therapy
  • Allen Cognitive Level Screening
  • Synchrony Dysphagia Therapy
  • Post Discharge Treatment Protocol

The nursing staff are welcoming and genuinely concerned about the residents. They provide holistic and culturally sensitive care that is above what is average for long-term care facilities. The center, while dated in some areas, is clean, tidy and appropriately appointed. I can’t say enough great things about what happens at Heather Hill. To the administration and staff, kudos.

The staff here is wonderful. They are professional but more importantly they genuinely care about the patients. They interact with the patients as if they were their own relative. I highly recommend this place for rehab.

Wonderful Facility. They have taken care of my both my Grandmother and my Mother over the years ..
After my mother’s stroke, Heather Hill took care of her and my Family was blessed with 5 more years with her. She would not have recovered so well without them.❤
